الإجابة: C. Wilson’s disease
A corneal (Kayser-Fleischer) ring on slit-lamp examination plus extrapyramidal signs (tremor, chorea, unsteady gait) in a patient with cirrhosis is classic Wilson's disease: defective biliary copper excretion deposits copper in the liver, basal ganglia and cornea. Hemochromatosis causes cirrhosis with bronze skin and diabetes, not corneal rings or chorea; alcohol, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency and HCV do not produce this triad.
