الإجابة: B. CSF analysis
Rapidly progressive areflexic flaccid quadriparesis with respiratory involvement and normal sensation, 3 weeks after surgery, fits Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS can follow surgery). The confirmatory work-up is CSF analysis showing albuminocytologic dissociation (high protein, normal cells). B12 deficiency is subacute with sensory signs, a cord lesion gives a sensory level/UMN signs, and AChR antibodies are for myasthenia (reflexes preserved).
