الإجابة: A. IV Rehydration and rasburicase
Burkitt lymphoma + chemotherapy + hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia, hyperuricemia and oliguric AKI = tumor lysis syndrome. It is a medical emergency treated with aggressive IV hydration and urate-lowering therapy (rasburicase), alongside management of the hyperkalemia.
- Antibiotics and G-CSF are for infection/neutropenia, which is not present here.
