Bradykinesia, cogwheel rigidity and a resting tremor that disappears on movement = Parkinson disease, caused by progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra. Acetylcholine becomes relatively unopposed (hence anticholinergic therapy), but the deficient neurotransmitter is dopamine.
