الإجابة: C. Trigeminal neuralgia
Brief, lancinating/electric-shock unilateral facial pain set off by chewing or touching the face, with a normal exam between attacks, is trigeminal neuralgia (treated with carbamazepine). Cluster headache causes orbital pain lasting 15–180 minutes with autonomic signs. Temporal arteritis causes a persistent headache with scalp tenderness in older patients, not seconds-long triggered shocks.
