الإجابة: C. Cefepime
Cefepime (4th-generation cephalosporin) has the same spectrum as ceftazidime, i.e. it covers Pseudomonas. Ceftriaxone does not (only ceftazidime among 3rd-generation agents), ertapenem is the one carbapenem without anti-pseudomonal activity, and vancomycin covers only gram-positives.

A
ليش غلط
Among the 3rd-generation cephalosporins only ceftazidime has anti-Pseudomonas activity. Ceftriaxone does not cover Pseudomonas.

B
ليش غلط
All carbapenems cover Pseudomonas except ertapenem, so ertapenem is the wrong carbapenem here.

C
ليش صح
The notes' anti-Pseudomonas list includes ceftazidime/cefepime, so cefepime covers this Pseudomonas aeruginosa UTI.

D
ليش غلط
Vancomycin covers gram-positive bacteria (MRSA, Strep, Enterococcus) and has no gram-negative activity, so it does not treat Pseudomonas.
