الإجابة: B. Oral doxycycline
Doxycycline (a tetracycline) is the classic cause of pill-induced oesophagitis - listed as an important side effect in the antibiotics lecture and among the pill-induced causes in the oesophagitis slides (with NSAIDs, KCl, bisphosphonates). Ciprofloxacin, linezolid and azithromycin are not listed as causes.
