الإجابة: C. ACE inhibitor + β-blocker + statin + aspirin + clopidogrel
After an MI every patient goes home on aspirin, β-blocker, statin and an ACE inhibitor, and after a stent (PCI) a P2Y12 inhibitor such as clopidogrel is added (DAPT for 1 year). Only option C contains all five; B drops the ACEi and clopidogrel, and D drops the β-blocker.
