- إجابة: B. Class II
- إجابة ثانية: C. Class III
The cohort's HF lecture defines Class II as symptomatic on ordinary physical activity (comfortable at rest), and Step-Up gives climbing a flight of stairs as the class II example — so the stem's wording maps to Class II.
- However, the stem also says she is unable to do ordinary activity and has symptoms with daily activities; the full NYHA table defines Class III as marked limitation where less-than-ordinary activity (activities of daily living) causes symptoms, so Class III is a defensible reading.
- Class IV (symptoms at rest) is excluded because she is comfortable at rest.

B
ليش صح
Supported by the cohort HF lecture note: NYHA Class II is symptomatic on ordinary physical activity, which matches a patient who is comfortable at rest but limited by ordinary activity.

C
ليش صح
Supported by Step-Up: NYHA Class III is symptoms with usual activities of daily living (walking across the room, getting dressed), markedly limiting, which fits the stem's "daily activities".
