الإجابة: C. enterotoxigenic E. coli
Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) is the most common cause of traveller's diarrhoea. It causes watery, non-bloody diarrhoea through its enterotoxins. Campylobacter is a recognised cause and is especially common in South-East Asia, but overall it comes after ETEC. Enteroinvasive E. coli and Salmonella cause inflammatory/bloody diarrhoea less often, and Vibrio cholerae is rare in travellers.
