الإجابة: E. No diagnostic testing is indicated
This is mild traveller's diarrhoea: 4 watery stools a day after travel, with no fever, blood or abdominal pain, and a normal exam. Most traveller's diarrhoea is self-limited, so no diagnostic testing is indicated. Treatment is fluids/ORS with or without loperamide. Stool culture, ova & parasites, C. difficile and faecal leukocytes are kept for severe, prolonged (>2 weeks) or atypical cases (fever, bloody stool, recent antibiotics).
