The cohort's sources (lecture slides and summaries, not question-bank copies) don't cover drug treatment of hospitalised COVID-19 pneumonia. Nothing in them discusses dexamethasone for hypoxaemic COVID-19 patients, or hydroxychloroquine/azithromycin, so the answer can't be checked against the material.
