الإجابة: B. Bitemporal hemianopia.
The patient has acromegaly from a pituitary adenoma; superior extension compresses the optic chiasm → bitemporal hemianopia, the most common visual finding with pituitary masses. Central scotoma (optic nerve) and homonymous hemianopia (post-chiasmal lesion) don't fit.
ليش كل خيار صح أو غلط
-
A
ليش غلط
A pituitary tumour classically causes chiasmal compression (bitemporal loss), not a central scotoma.

B
ليش صح
Mass effect of a pituitary adenoma compresses the optic chiasm, so bitemporal hemianopsia is the most common finding.
