الإجابة: A. Bitemporal hemianopia
Acromegaly is almost always due to a GH-secreting pituitary adenoma. Superior growth compresses the optic chiasm, giving bitemporal hemianopia. Homonymous hemianopia is a retro-chiasmal (e.g. stroke) defect, and an enlarged blind spot suggests papilloedema.
