الإجابة: D. proximal myopathy, purple striae, easy bruising
Obesity, hypertension, diabetes and similar findings are common and non-specific. Easy bruising, typical (purple) striae and proximal myopathy are the features that best discriminate Cushing syndrome, so they raise the pre-test probability most. Moon face and central adiposity, or resistant HTN/DM/sleep apnoea, overlap heavily with simple obesity.
