الإجابة: C. pheochromocytoma
Headache, palpitations and sweating with hypertension are the classic picture of pheochromocytoma. A firm neck lump in a young patient suggests medullary thyroid carcinoma, which points to MEN 2, a hereditary cause of pheochromocytoma. Cushing syndrome, acromegaly and renal artery stenosis don't explain the adrenergic episodes or the thyroid mass.
