الإجابة: A. Hypokalemia
Insulin drives potassium into cells, so serum K can fall quickly during treatment (hypokalaemia) even though K may be high at presentation, because total body K is low. Hypoglycaemia is prevented by adding dextrose once glucose falls to about 200 mg/dL. Hyperkalaemia is the presenting picture, not the treatment complication.

A
ليش صح

B
ليش غلط
DKA causes hyponatremia (osmotic fluid shift from cells), and sodium levels normalize with treatment of hyperglycemia; hypernatremia is not the treatment complication.

C
ليش غلط
Hyperkalemia may be present at presentation because of acidosis; with insulin, potassium moves into cells and the problem becomes hypokalemia.
