الإجابة: B. IGRA
For latent TB screening in an HIV patient who had BCG, use IGRA. It is the first choice in HIV, needs a single blood draw, and is not affected by BCG (a TST can be falsely positive after BCG and falsely negative in immunosuppression). AFB smear is for active TB. Screening is indicated in all HIV patients.
