الإجابة: C. Constrictive pericarditis
Kussmaul sign is a paradoxical rise (or lack of fall) in JVP during inspiration, a classic sign of constrictive pericarditis, where the rigid pericardium cannot accept the increased venous return. It is not a feature of the valvular lesions, HCM or uncomplicated MI listed.
