الإجابة: D. Cannon a wave
In complete heart block there is AV dissociation, so the atria sometimes contract against a closed tricuspid valve, producing intermittent cannon a waves in the JVP. An absent a wave is the JVP sign of AF (no organised atrial contraction), and a rapid y descent suggests constrictive pericarditis.
